VISITING RULES

Rules for visiting the water park "Oceanis" (mandatory for familiarization and implementation for all visitors to the water park)

Please read these rules carefully and take into account that the water park is an area associated with an increased possibility of injury.

1. Concepts and other explanations used in the text

1.1 Administration - administrators, instructors of the Aquapark, who manage the operation of the Aquapark, and control over the observance of the Rules by visitors.

1.2 Aquapark - Aquapark Okeanis located at 35 Gagarina Avenue, Nizhny Novgorod, Building 3, as well as the Thermal Complex.

1.3 Bracelet - an electronic device in the form of a rubberized bracelet with a built-in chip, which is:

an identification means to identify an individual as a Visitor,

confirmation of the right to pass to the Aquapark and use the Services in accordance with the paid rate,

means for fixing movement in the Aquapark and consumption of the Services,

key to locker in locker room for period of visit to the Aquapark.

1.4 Contractor - Limited Liability Company "Aquatoria Entertainment" (OGRN 1115262003933, INN 5262263285, address: Nizhny Novgorod, 35 Gagarina Avenue, b. 1, premise P4).

1.5 Limit - the amount of money recorded on the Bracelet to be paid when leaving the Aquapark.

1.6 A minor is an individual under 18 (Eighteen) years of age.

1.7 The official community is the official group of the Contractor on social networks "Vkontakte," namely:

1.8 Visitor - an individual located in the Aquapark according to the purchased ticket.

1.9 The Rules - mean these rules, which are mandatory for all visitors to the Aquapark and are part of the contract for the provision of Services.

1.10 Price List - a document indicating the cost of the Services, goods offered by the Contractor.

1.11 Mode of operation - days and hours on which the Aquapark/separate functional area of the Aquapark is open to visitors.

1.12 Methods of information - methods used by the Contractor to inform visitors of the Aquapark:

Placement of information at the information stand in the Aquapark.

Posting information in the Official Community.

Informing by telephone call and/or by sending SMS messages and/or by sending messages in the messenger at the phone number specified by the Visitor.

Send emails to the e-mail address specified by the Visitor.

1.13 Face ID system - a face recognition system by an array of reference points in accordance with a previously registered photo of the Visitor (a scanner of the volumetric-spatial shape of a person's face).

1.14 Thermal complex - thermal complex "OCEANIS Thermal & Spa" at the address: Nizhny Novgorod, Gagarina Avenue, 35, building 3.

1.15 Services - services provided in the Water Park (including a visit to the Water Complex, a visit to the Thermal Complex, a visit to the spa).

1.16 Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Rules, the following shall be:

Reference to "day", "month" means the calendar day/calendar month accordingly.

Indication of working days means days of the week, except for weekends and official holidays established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The use in the text of the words "including" does not make the list specified after these words exhaustive.

The term specified in the singular can be applied in the plural and vice versa.

Section headings are used solely for ease of use (reading) and do not affect the interpretation of the Rules in any way.

Appendices to the Rules are an integral part thereof.

2. General provisions

2.1 The rules are developed in accordance with:

Civil Code of the Russian Federation,

Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights",

Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population,"

Rules of consumer services of the population in the Russian Federation,

GOST R 57015-2016 "Services to the population. Pool services. General requirements, "

GOST R 52603-2011 "Water Attractions. Design Safety, "

GOST R 52604-2012 "Water Attractions. Safety during operation. General requirements, "

GOST R 52493-2005 "Domestic Services. Bath and shower facilities, "

SanPiN 2.1.2.1331-03 "Hygienic requirements for the arrangement, operation and quality of water of water parks,"

Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the Safety of Attractions" (TR EAEU 038/2016),

other effective legislative acts of the Russian Federation.

2.2 The Rules govern the relationship between the Contractor and visitors to the Water Park using the Services exclusively for personal, family and other needs not related to business activities.

2.3 The Visitor is obliged to familiarize itself with the Rules before concluding a contract for the provision of Services, and the person accompanying the Minor is also obliged to familiarize itself with the Rules of the Minor, which is indicated in the receipt of this person about familiarization with the Rules.

2.4 Each Visitor shall comply with the Rules in full.

2.5 The information stand in the Aquapark contains the following information:

Rules. The Contractor has the right to change and supplement, the Rules. Changes to the Rules are communicated to the visitors of the Aquapark by placing the Rules at the information stand in the Aquapark. Such accommodation is sufficient grounds to state that any changes to the Regulations have been communicated to visitors to the Aquapark in an agreed manner.

Information about the Contractor.

Information about the Services (composition, description).

Price list. The Contractor has the right to change and supplement the Price List. Changes to the Price List are communicated to the visitors of the Aquapark by placing the Price List at the information stand in the Aquapark. Such accommodation is sufficient grounds to state that any changes to the Price List have been communicated to visitors to the Aquapark in an agreed manner.

2.6 The Contractor reserves the right to select the Information Method. The Visitors may be informed by one or several of the Information Methods at the Contractor's choice. The Visitor shall independently monitor information about the Contractor, the Aquapark and the Services.

2.7 The comments book and suggestions shall be provided to the Visitor at his request in the cash area of the Aquapark (at cash desk No. 5).

2.8 Payment for the Services (provision of the Bracelet to the Visitor and/or issuance of the cash check to the Visitor) confirms that:

The Visitor has familiarized itself with the Rules, the Rules are clear to the Visitor, the Visitor fully agrees with the Rules, the Visitor undertakes to comply with the Rules in full and the Visitor understands that he is responsible for non-compliance with the Rules.

The visitor accompanying the Minor familiarized itself with the Rules of the Minor, which is indicated in the receipt of this person about familiarization with the Rules, and explained this rules to the Minor in full as well.

The Visitor has given consent to the Contractors for processing by the Contractors and their employees (collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, modification), extraction, use, distribution and transfer to third parties, depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction) using automation means and without using the means of automation of the Visitor's personal data provided with his personal consent or obtained by other legal means during the performance of the Services Agreement (including biometric) for their collection, storage for internal accounting purposes, including photographing, video surveillance, face scanning, confirmation of the right to use the services by providing identity documents (including to confirm the right to receive a discount on your birthday).

The Visitor has given consent to the Contractors for processing by the Contractors and their employees (collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, modification), extraction, use, distribution and transfer to third parties, depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction) using the means of automation and without using the means of automation of personal data of Minors specified in the receipt on familiarization with the Rules of this Visitor, provided with the personal consent of this Visitor or received by other legal means during the performance of the Service Agreement, (including biometric) for their collection, storage for internal accounting purposes, including photographing, video surveillance, face scanning, confirmation of the right to use the services by providing identity documents (including to confirm the right to receive a discount on your birthday).

2.9 Failure to comply with the Rules by the Visitor creates the impossibility of providing the Services and may lead to termination of their provision (without returning the funds paid by the Visitor), as well as recovery of penalties and losses from the Visitor. The Administration may notify of the need to eliminate the violation of the Rules orally in person or on internal broadcasting.

2.10 The Contractor shall not be responsible for the consequences (including damage to life, health) if the Aquapark visitor does not comply with the Rules and ignores the comments of the Administration.

2.11 In addition to the specific requirements of safety rules when visiting the Aquapark, visitors to the Aquapark are obliged to comply with safety rules for public places and places with a large crowd of people, fire and anti-terrorist safety, sanitary, hygienic and epidemiological requirements, as well as generally accepted rules of conduct.

2.12 None of the conditions of the Rules shall be binding on the Contractor for any of the following reasons:

If execution is impossible due to the fault of third parties (lessor, serving (managing) organization, resource supplying organization, public utilities, others).

Due to regulatory requirements for the provision of services and/or by state/municipal bodies, mandatory for the provision of Services.

2.13 Power supply, water supply, water disposal), heat supply are not essential conditions for rendering the Services and their availability (absence) in the Water Park is not determined by the Contractor and does not depend on the Contractor's will.

3. Working hours of the aquapark

3.1 Working hours: from 10.00 to 22.00 daily.

Day off in the Thermal Complex: January 1 (First) of each year.

The Thermal Complex/individual facilities of the Thermal Complex may be closed for sanitary treatment according to the Contractor's announcements.

3.2 Visitors' access to the Aquapark stops at 21.00 o'clock.

3.3 The operation of swimming pools, water attractions and the Thermal Complex stops at 21 hours 45 m.

3.4 The Contractor has the right to independently set the Operating Mode, make changes, set weekends, sanitary days in accordance with the Contractor's announcements.

3.5 The Contractor has the right to close all or certain areas of the Water Park for preventive, repair and restoration or emergency work, for festive, corporate and other events.

3.6 The Contractor has the right to restrict access to equipment that has failed and requires replacement or conduct repair and restoration works.

4. Provision of services

4.1 Time of stay in the Aquapark is determined based on the following:

The beginning of the stay is counted from the moment a visitor crosses the turnstile at the entrance to the Aquapark.

The end of the stay is counted from the moment the visitor crosses the turnstile at the exit from the Aquapark.

4.2 When visiting the Aquapark, the visitor must independently record the beginning and end of his or her stay in the Aquapark by applying the Bracelet issued to the visitor to the reader on the turnstile. Recording the visitor's exit from the Aquapark is a mandatory procedure and in its absence, the Contractor has the right to receive payment for additional time spent by the visitor in the Aquapark.

4.3 The general session of staying in the Aquapark corresponds to the tariff chosen during payment (in accordance with the Price List, the duration of the session can be changed).

4.4 A visitor to the Aquapark is obliged to observe the rules of personal hygiene when visiting the Aquapark.

4.5 A visitor to the Aquapark is obliged to shower without clothes, using personal detergents or detergents available at the Aquapark:

Before visiting the water complex.

Before visiting the pool or plunge tub after each sauna or bath visit.

4.6 Visits to the water complex and the Thermal complex are allowed only in a bathing suit (swimming trunks), special shoes. The visitor is obliged to stay and move on the territory of the Water Park in waterproof rubberized replaceable shoes (slippers, flip flops) that prevent sliding on a wet surface.

4.7 The Contractor accepts no responsibility if the bathing suit has become unusable in the process of using water attractions.

5. Payment for services

5.1 The Services shall be paid in the currency of the Russian Federation (rubles). The sale of tickets outside the ticket offices of the Aquapark is prohibited.

5.2 The Visitor shall pay for the Services at the Aquapark cash desk in the amount of 100% (One hundred percent) according to the Price List, as well as transfer to the Water Park cashier a receipt signed by the Visitor for familiarization with the Rules in the form approved by the Contractor.

5.3 The Bracelet is issued upon payment by the Visitor of the Services and transfer by the Visitor to the Aquapark cashier of the receipt signed by the Visitor about familiarization by the Client with the Rules.

5.4 If the prepaid time of stay at the Aquapark is exceeded, the Visitor shall pay for each minute of the exceeded time according to the Price List. Every 10 minutes (full or incomplete) after the end of the work of the Water Park are paid in the amount of 110 rubles.

5.5 In case of incomplete use of the paid time of stay at the Aquapark, no monetary refund is made. In the event of unforeseen technical problems of individual attractions or components of the Water Park and, as a result, the impossibility of using them, a reduction in the price of staying in the Water Park is not carried out, a monetary refund is not carried out.

5.6 Additional Services, as well as goods can be paid by the Visitor at the box office for additional payments.

5.7 Payment of Services in cash in the Aquapark, including in catering establishments, is allowed only in cash registers.

5.8 If the Visitor refuses an electronic ticket to the Aquapark, the funds shall be returned to the Visitor only if the Visitor notifies the Contractor of the refusal at least Twenty-four (24) hours before the expiration of the electronic ticket. Otherwise, the amount paid by the Visitor cannot be returned.

6. Safety requirements

6.1 The territory of the Aquapark is an area associated with an increased possibility of injury.

6.2 Before visiting the Aquapark, each Visitor must assess his health, his physical abilities and swimming skills.

6.3 The visitor fully accepts responsibility for the state of his health and is obliged to monitor it independently.

6.4 Visit to the Aquapark by persons with disabilities is allowed subject to the following conditions:

Stay on the territory of the Aquapark only accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the safety of a person with disabilities in the Water Park on the basis of a law or an escort agreement.

Lack of special conditions to visit the Aquapark by a person with disabilities.

6.5 The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to visit the Aquapark if it is impossible to fulfill the wishes of a person with disabilities.

6.6 The Contractor recommends that the Visitor, when visiting the Aquapark, to carry a medical certificate (permission to visit the pool). The Administration has the right to request, if necessary, a medical certificate from the Visitor, and in its absence, the Administration reserves the right to require the Visitor to contact the medical personnel of the Aquapark in order to conduct medical control, as a result of which the Visitor may or may not be allowed to use the services of the Aquapark.

6.7 Each attraction, pool, sauna and bathhouse of the Aquapark are equipped with an information plate, which the Visitor is obliged to familiarize itself with and strictly follow the instructions on these plates. The visitor is also obliged to comply with security measures and follow the instructions of the Administration.

6.8 The Aquapark equipment shall be strictly used in accordance with its purpose and instructions for its use.

6.9 In case of deterioration of health, the Visitor shall immediately inform the employee of the Water Park, and in his absence - any person nearby.

6.10 The Visitor who became aware of the deterioration of the other Visitor's health is advised to notify the Administration immediately.

6.11 The Visitor shall, in order to ensure public safety and prevent a terrorist threat, present to the Administration the contents of personal belongings for visual inspection.

6.12 The Visitor shall comply with the Administration's requirements for ensuring safety, maintaining order and cleanliness at the Water Park.

6.13 In order to ensure the safety of visitors to the Water Park, video filming and video surveillance are carried out throughout the territory of the Water Park, permissible for video surveillance in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Having paid for the Services, the Visitor confirms that he does not object to the implementation of video filming and video surveillance in the Water Park and in the adjacent territory.

6.14 It is not recommended to visit the Water Park for persons with ailments that pose a danger to personal health and safety, as well as to the health and safety of other visitors; persons with broken bones, as well as in the presence of langettes, bandages, medical bandages and adhesive pads applied to parts of the body.

6.15 If the Visitor is suspected of having the disease or other conditions specified in this section, the administrator of the Water Park has the right to demand that the Visitor either present a permit medical certificate for visiting the pool, or contact the medical personnel of the Water Park for the purpose of conducting medical control, as a result of which the Visitor may or may not be allowed to use the services of the Water Park.

6.16 It is not recommended for visitors to bring food and drinks to the territory of the Water Park, due to the inability to ensure proper storage of food in the territory of the Water Park.

6.17 In order to prevent possible poisoning with chlorine-containing reagents, it is forbidden to drink (swallow, use) water from water attractions, including swimming pools.

6.18 People with hypersensitivity to high temperatures, with high blood pressure, with poor health, pregnant women, people suffering from acute diseases of infectious and other nature, diseases of the cardiovascular system, hypertension, coronary disease, and also having medical contraindications are not recommended to visit entertainment elements and places of the Water Park with high temperatures.

7. Provision of medical care

7.1 The visitor has the right to receive the first pre-medical care at the Water Park.

7.2 In case of malaise or injury, the Visitor shall contact the first-aid post of the Water Park independently or with the assistance of the staff.

7.3 When contacting the first-aid post, the Visitor shall inform the medical personnel:

Last name, First name, Middle Name (if any)

the year of birth,

address of residence,

place and time of injury or malaise.

7.4 The specified information shall be entered in the medical journal for the purpose of statistical accounting.

7.5 Medical personnel of the Water Park does not issue certificates, sick leaves, official reports, extracts.

7.6 Medical personnel of the Water Park provide first aid and reserves the right to call an ambulance if necessary.

7.7 In case of refusal of recommendations of medical personnel, as well as refusal to receive the first pre-medical care, if necessary, the Visitor is obliged to write a chit on refusal of the first pre-medical care. In case of refusal of the Visitor from recommendations/receipt of the first pre-medical care, the medical personnel are not responsible for the Visitor.

8. Prohibited

8.1 Visiting the Water Park is prohibited for persons with poor health (cardiovascular diseases, head injuries, etc.), persons with bleeding, open wounds, persons with infectious, acute viral, fungal, contagious skin and sexually transmitted and any other diseases that are transmitted by household route and/or may pose a threat to the sanitary and epidemiological state of the Water Park and/or the life/health of other people.

8.2 On the territory of the Water Park is prohibited to:

Carry, place, take potent drugs without the written permission of the doctor, as well as carry, place, take prohibited drugs.

Carry, place, use alcohol-containing drinks, narcotic drugs.

Be in a state of alcohol/drug/toxic intoxication, as well as be in the presence of residual phenomena of alcohol/drug/toxic intoxication.

Smoke, as well as carry, place, use any smoking devices, tobacco heating systems, smoking devices, other means that simulate the smoking process (electronic cigarettes, hookahs, vaporizers, etc.).

Carry, place, use hazardous substances and objects, including explosives, blasting means and objects filled with them, compressed and liquefied gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, oxidizing substances, organic peroxides, toxic substances, radioactive materials, corrosive and corrosive substances, poisonous and toxic substances, ammunition, cold, pneumatic, gas, firearms, stun guns, piercing and cutting objects and other substances and objects that pose a threat to the life, health of people, the threat of damage to property.

Carry, place, use objects, substances, etc., having a strong and/or pronounced smell and/or exhibiting such an odor under certain conditions (including temperature).

Entrance to the territory of the Water Park with strollers, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, roller skates, etc., with the exception of special vehicles for people with disabilities.

Visit the Water Park with animals, with plants.

Carry, place, use glass objects, including objects, substances in glass containers, glass containers.

Enter any technical, office premises of the Water Park.

Independently regulate any engineering and technical equipment, as well as sound, computer equipment, television equipment, video equipment.

Without the written permission of the Contractor to place/apply any advertising/information materials, advertisements, inscriptions, sell goods, perform works, provide services, carry out marketing, consulting activities, any other trading, advertising, commercial, business activities, as well as take part in such activities, including as buyers, customers, customers, consumers, managers, assistants, consultants, etc.

Throw, stain, scratch, otherwise carelessly use equipment, furniture, other property (including decoration), cause property and other damage, including dirty clothes, shoes.

Use equipment, furniture, other property of the Water Park for other purposes.

Use faulty, damaged or broken equipment/furniture/other property, as well as independently eliminate malfunctions, breakdowns. In the event of a fault/breakdown, the Visitor shall inform the Administration thereof.

Go outside the locker room area with oversized bags, bag packs, etc.

Climb on scenery, balconies, climb pipes and handrails, ride railings, climb steel and other engineering structures.

Give false signals for help, dive into the water with delayed breathing, jump off the sides, create obstacles in the pools for other visitors.

Run, jump, push, carry in the hands of other visitors, scatter, toss, drop down objects, substances.

Pour water and other substances on electrical installations.

Leave replacement shoes in such a way that it interferes with other visitors and staff.

Make epilation, shave, rub cosmetics (creams, ointments, etc.) into the skin in order to avoid the manifestation of an allergic reaction in visitors, or perform other cosmetic procedures.

Litter, spit, smoke, including water, obey the call of nature outside the toilets.

Use obscene language.

Disrespect other people (on racial, national, religious, age, gender, social, any other basis), including making assessment judgments.

Show aggression, provoke conflicts, get into fights.

Perform any actions of an intimate nature.

Create discomfort (including propaganda, shouting, whistling, singing loudly, making unnecessary noise, getting dirty with clothes) to visitors, staff.

Use phones, smartphones, sound, computer, television, video equipment, other equipment/equipment for reproducing audio, video and other works, including projections.

Collect and distribute by any means personal data and/or information about the private life of visitors, staff.

Take photos and/or video of visitors, personnel with further publication and use of the obtained images without their consent (Article 152.1. Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Visit the Water Park in inappropriate clothes, shoes, for example, in underwear, dirty clothes.

Women cannot visit the area of Aquapark without the upper and lower parts of the swimsuit, and men cannot visit the area of Aquapark without swimming trunks.

Wear bathing suits with metal fasteners and/or decorative inserts.

Wear any type of jewelry, including clips, earrings, clips, chains, necklaces, rings, watches, bracelets, piercings, creeds.

Wear glasses, contact lenses.

Breed unsanitary conditions, consume food outside a catering area (outside a cafe, restaurant), as well as take out food and drinks outside a catering area (cafe, restaurant).

Use chewing gum.

9. Access to the Aquapark

9.1 Access to the Aquapark is exclusively granted by reading the Bracelet issued to the visitor when the visitor passes through the turnstile located in the entrance area of the Aquapark. Crossing or other passage (without using the Bracelet) through the turnstile or service gate located next to the turnstile is prohibited.

9.2 The bracelet is the property of the Contractor and is subject to return by the visitor at the moment of crossing the turnstile to the exit from the Water Park.

9.3 A visitor to the Water Park is obliged to have a Bracelet with him when visiting the Water Park.

9.4 Bracelet and other locking/opening devices from lockers, safes, etc. cannot be transferred by the Visitor to third parties, cannot be used by third parties.

9.5 The Visitor shall immediately report the loss of the Bracelet, as well as other locking/opening device from lockers, safes, etc. to the Administration rack. All services consumed under the Bracelet before the moment the Contractor records the loss message shall be recognized as consumed by the Visitor personally and shall be paid by the Visitor.

10. Accommodation of things

10.1 It is forbidden to pass in outerwear to the locker room area.

10.2 The visitor is obliged to hand over to the wardrobe outerwear (jackets, cloaks, fur coats, etc.), hats and get a tag.

10.3 Hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, shawls, palantins, etc., are delivered to the wardrobe exclusively in bags.

10.4 The wardrobe does not accept for storage: valuables, food, bags, briefcases, backpacks, shoes, dirty things, as well as items that have an unpleasant smell.

10.5 The Contractor shall not be responsible for the safety of the contents of the pockets of outerwear handed over to the wardrobe.

10.6 At the end of his stay in the Water Park, the Visitor is obliged to pick up the things handed over to him at the entrance to the Water Park from the wardrobe by presenting a tag.

10.7 The Contractor is not responsible for the items that were not taken by the Visitor from the wardrobe before the end of the Water Park on the day the Visitor delivered the items to the wardrobe.

10.8 The Visitor shall immediately notify the Contractor of the loss of the tag. Until the Contractor is notified of the fact that the Visitor has lost the tag, the risk of another person receiving the items left for storage lies with the Visitor.

10.9 In case of loss or damage of the tag, the Visitor shall reimburse the Contractor for its cost in the amount specified in the Price List.

10.10 The visitor changes clothes in the locker room by gender (women - in a bathing suit, men - in swimming trunks) and puts on shoes on rubber soles (shales, flip flops, beach slippers, etc.). It is forbidden to change and undress outside the premises intended for this purpose.

10.11 Valuables (mobile devices, keys, bank cards, jewelry, watches, etc.), money and other currency values, number token The visitor is obliged to leave in the cabinet-cell located in the locker room area.

10.12 After placing personal belongings for storage in the cabinet-cell, the Visitor is obliged to lock it and make sure that the cabinet-cell is closed. The key for the electronic lock cabinet is the Bracelet.

10.13 If an unclosed cabinet-cell is found, the Administration has the right to close it with a service card and post a warning card of the established sample on it.

10.14 The Visitor shall immediately notify the Contractor of the loss of the locker key. Until the Contractor is notified of the fact that the Visitor has lost the key to the locker, the risk of receiving the stored items, money and other valuables lies with the Visitor.

10.15 Leaving the Water Park, the Visitor is obliged to free the locker from his or her belongings and leave it open.

10.16 If the Administration finds a closed locker at the end of the day, the items in it are seized by the Administration for safekeeping.

10.17 In case of discovery of things forgotten by the Visitor in the locker room and/or in open lockerss, the Administration has the right to remove them and leave them for safekeeping.

10.18 Items forgotten by the Visitor, if they were found on the territory of the Water Park, are stored for 30 (thirty) days from the date of their discovery and are subsequently subject to disposal.

10.19 Forgotten personal care items, including washcloths, razors, underwear, etc. are subject to immediate disposal.

10.20 Any lost/unattended items must be immediately reported to the administration desk.

10.21 Towels and bathrobes issued to the Visitor in the Water Park are the property of the Contractor and are intended solely for face and body wiping. Towels and bathrobes must be returned by the Visitor when leaving the Water Park. The theft of towels or gowns is an unlawful act for which appropriate liability is provided.

10.22 It is forbidden to use towels, bathrobes as a mat, to use for cleaning shoes, outerwear, bags, etc. In case of use of a towel or a dressing gown for other purposes, the Visitor shall pay the cost of the towel/dressing gown according to the Price List. The towel or robe left in the locker room may be removed by the Water Park staff without the Visitor's knowledge.

10.23 The Contractor shall not be responsible for items of the Visitor not handed over to the wardrobe and/or not placed in the locker-cell and/or left in the open locker-cell and/or freely available.

10.24 The Contractor shall not be responsible for valuables, tags not deposited in the locker-cell.

11. Features of the visit to the water complex

11.1 The territory of swimming pools and water attractions belongs to the zone of increased danger. Visitors located in this area are obliged to consistently comply with the safety rules for using the pool and water attractions.

11.2 The visitor shall inform the Administration at each visit to the Water Park if he or she cannot swim. If the visitor does not know how to swim or is insecure on the water, he is obliged to enter the water and be in the pool only using aqua equipment that provides support on the water (life jacket).

11.3 The visitor is obliged to have a special head covering for swimming on his head while in the pool. It is forbidden to use a shower cap, towel, street headgear and other items and devices instead of a special swimming headgear.

11.4 Visitors are obliged to comply with the requirements for the use of attractions indicated on them and stands next to them, the requirements of instructors:

On water attractions, the visitor shall maintain the starting position until splashdown.

Before sliding down, the visitor must take up the handrails (if any) and prepare to descend in the position indicated by the instructor, and the visitor has the right to descend only after the instructor's command.

Descent can be started only after the instructor's command and only from the "start" position.

The visitor is obliged to start the descent from the position recommended by the instructor and/or indicated on the attraction icon.

In order to avoid possible injuries, after descending from the slide, the visitor must leave the attraction as soon as possible, leaving the pool.

On the territory of the pools, the visitor shall observe the safety rules for being in the water.

The contractor does not recommend people who do not know how to swim and people with increased skin sensitivity to visit water attractions.

The visitor must be careful when moving, hold on to the handrails while moving along the stairs.

The visitor is obliged to hold on to the installed handrails when entering and leaving the pool, turning face to the steps and handrails, in order to avoid injury.

11.5 The following is prohibited:

Entrance to the territory of the Water Complex with packages, bags, strollers, etc.

Reserve equipment, chairs and sun loungers, including leaving a towel or personal belongings on them.

Be near or directly in pools and on water attractions with food, drinks, chew or otherwise use chewing gum.

Use ointments, creams, masks, scrubs, oils, tinctures, cosmetic products with a smell, perfumes, hair paint, as well as any other acutely smelling liquids or products that spoil or contaminate water, equipment, interior items, room decoration (honey, coffee, clay, etc.).

Attend water rides in bathing suits containing metal objects.

Stay and swim in the pool in underwear.

Be and swim in the pool naked.

Stay and swim in the pool in shoes (including specially designed for swimming).

Be and swim in a pool with loose hair.

Jump and dive into the water from the sides of pools, Jacuzzi, hold each other under water, perform acrobatic jumps.

Hang on separation ropes, block process holes of equipment with body parts.

Walk on the bars covering the overflow trays.

Run or move quickly with the possibility of inflicting injury.

Climb rocks, pipes and handrails.

Leaving glasses, rings, watches, earrings, chains, pendants, clips, amulets, etc., when using attractions,  that is, things or objects that can catch on the edges, sides, seams, stairs and other parts of attractions.

It is prohibited to use photo and video equipment when visiting water attractions.

Climb and use attractions, the entrance to which is closed.

Use attractions for visitors with diseases of the heart, musculoskeletal system, nervous system disorders, as well as pregnant women. In case of the slightest ailments or injuries, the visitor is obliged to contact the medical office of the Water Park.

Sliding from water attractions to persons weighing more than 120 kg.

Start the sliding without the instructor's command and not from the "start" position.

Slide down in a standing position, lying on your stomach and with your head facing forward.

It is prohibited to swing when descending on a rubber ring.

Intentionally change the trajectory of movement while on the attraction.

12. Features of visiting the thermal complex

12.1 The total number of visitors simultaneously in the Thermal Complex is limited. In order to create comfortable conditions and ensure safety when reaching the maximum possible number of visitors, the Administration has the right to temporarily stop access to the Thermal Complex.

12.2 Unaccompanied children are not allowed in the sauna. Children should be in the sauna under the constant supervision of an adult.

12.3 Pregnant women should consult their doctor before attending the sauna and should visit the sauna only with a positive expert opinion.

12.4 It is not recommended to visit saunas, baths for people with hypersensitivity to high temperatures and with medical contraindications.

12.5 The visitor is obliged to hold the handrails when descending (climbing) along the stairs, carefully look under his feet.

12.6 The visitor should avoid contact with hot surfaces, masonry in order to avoid getting burns.

12.7 It is not recommended to:

Use bathing suits with hanging elements, laces, belts, protruding hard or metal objects, lightning, rivets, buckles, metal jewelry, etc.

Carry jewelry, chains, bracelets, watches, rings, earrings, hair clips (long hair must be removed and fastened with an elastic band). In case of loss/damage of these items, claims are not accepted, the cost is not reimbursed.

Visit the sauna in the absence of other Visitors to avoid unforeseen situations and accidents.

Stay in the sauna for a long time, such a stay causes an increase in body temperature. The Visitor shall independently monitor the state of his/her well-being and leave these areas in a timely manner in order to avoid overheating and negative consequences for the Visitor's life and health.

12.8 Prohibited to:

Perform any actions with respect to engineering equipment.

Perform any actions in relation to temperature sensors, including hanging them, mechanically damage, etc., independently change the humidity, air temperature in the sauna, switch any sauna devices.

Carry and read printed materials; place in the immediate vicinity or cover hot surfaces and stones with any objects, throw them into the stones or place any objects on it.

Pour water or other substances onto the sauna oven, electric stones.

Water wooden sauna shelves and flooring.

Bring with you and/or use aerosol liquids.

Use bath brooms in the sauna.

Sit down and lie down on the wooden shelves of saunas without towels or a special napkin.

Leave towels and clothes, other things in saunas, baths.

Wash and dry belongings (including towels).

Shave or dye your hair, use creams, aromatic oils, cosmetics and brooms brought with you, rub yourself or other visitors with coffee or other coloring and poorly washed mixtures that can possibly clog the sewer.

Pregnant women are not advised to go to the sauna and/or take bath treatments at the Aquapark area.

13. Features of visiting the spa

13.1 Payment for the provision of spa services is made at the cash desk of additional payments according to the Price List.

13.2 After paying for the services, the masseur assigns a specific reception time to the Visitor.

13.4 If the Visitor is more than ten (10) minutes late, the masseur has the right to serve other Visitors.

13.5 The Visitor shall inform the administrator of the Thermal Complex in advance in case of delay or denial of service.

13.6 In order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards, before working with each new Visitor, the massage therapist who provides the service makes the massage table with clean or disposable linen (napkin), and washes his hands. Maintenance is carried out only by a disinfected tool.

13.7 The Contractor does not recommend visits to the spa for persons with medical contraindications.

13.8 The visitor is obliged to warn the massage therapist about chronic diseases or poor health at the time of visiting the spa.

13.9 Absolute contraindications for massage services include:

Malignant blood diseases and hemophilia.

Malignant tumors (before their radical treatment).

Scurvy.

Gangrene.

Vascular thrombosis during its occurrence.

Angiitis.

Aneurysm of the heart, aorta, peripheral vessels.

Mental illness with a significantly changed psyche.

Active form of tuberculosis.

Sexually transmitted diseases during the period of possibility of infection.

Acute or chronic osteomyelitis (inflammation of the bone marrow) .

Causalgal syndrome (burning pain) after peripheral nerve injury.

Circulatory insufficiency and pulmonary heart failure of the III degree.

AIDS.

13.10 Temporary contraindications for massage services include:

Acute febrile conditions with elevated body temperature until the diagnosis is clarified.

Influenza, sore throat, acute respiratory diseases (acute respiratory diseases) (only spot massage is allowed).

Bleeding and inclination to them (intestinal, uterine, nasal, from the urinary tract).

Purulent processes of any localization, purulent lesions of the skin.

Inflammation of lymph nodes, vessels with their enlargement, adhesion with the skin and underlying tissues.

Multiple allergic rashes on the skin with hemorrhages. Quincke's edema.

Hypertensive crisis, hypotonic, cerebral (cerebral vessels).

Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain.

Alcohol intoxication.

14. Visit to the water park by minors

14.1 A Minor may visit the Water Park solely under the escort and control of an adult responsible for the Minor by virtue of law or contract (mandatory presentation of a passport to confirm the achievement of 18 (eighteen) years).

14.2 Children under 3 (three) years of age shall be changed into special waterproof diapers.

14.3 Children supervision by adults is calculated based on the following:

A group of two children, if the age of one of them is less than 5 (five) years (up to 1.3 m), should be accompanied by at least one adult.

A group of five children aged 5 (Five) years (1.3 m tall) to 18 (Eighteen) years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult.

14.4 Parents or other persons accompanying children who are obliged to constantly monitor the behavior and location of children are responsible for children while they are in the Water Park, for their state of health, as well as their behavior and compliance with the Rules.

14.5 The person responsible for the children who signed the receipt must ensure that the children are in the Water Park pools in life jackets and this person is fully responsible for non-compliance with this requirement.

14.6 Life jackets are distributed free of charge for use while in the water zone.

14.7 The following is prohibited:

The stay (including short-term stay) of unaccompanied and unsupervised minors by adult escorts throughout the Aquapark, including in all swimming pools.

Minors shall be under the continuous supervision of Escorts throughout the Water Park. In case of failure to comply with this paragraph of the rules, the Administration of the Water Park has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract for visiting the Water Park and remove minors and accompanying persons from the territory of the Water Park without reimbursement of the cost of tickets.

Adults are obliged to monitor the child who sits/lies (rests/uses) on furniture, since all furniture placed in the Water Park is intended exclusively for adults.

The escorting by adults (from 18 years old) of minor children/adolescents involves the implementation by adults of the following actions:

- continuous monitoring of a minor on the territory of the Water Park during the entire period of stay in the Water Park;

- the use of underage attractions, which provide for the riding of children of a certain age only accompanied by adults, is carried out with the direct participation of accompanying persons;

- escort of a minor to the launch site of the attraction (with a single descent only), and control over the fulfillment of the requirements of the instructor by the minor at the start;

- control over the actions of a minor at the end of the attraction;

- ensuring the proper use of underage children's attractions and pools of the Water Park in accordance with the rules.

15. Visitor Rights and Duties

15.1 The Visitor may:

Receive complete and reliable information on the procedure for rendering the Services by the Contractor, the terms of payment for the Services, and safety rules established in the Water Park.

To ensure security when visiting the Water Park.

Get a life jacket if the visitor can't swim.

15.2 The visitor shall:

Observe and comply with the Rules and Instructions contained in the information plates and signs at the Water Park.

Take care of the property and equipment of the Water Park.

In case of damage to property and/or equipment, compensate this damage to the Contractor in full.

Observe a culture of communication.

16. Rights and obligations of the executor

16.1 The Contractor shall be entitled to:

Not allow visitors to the Water Park who have not passed a medical examination.

Not allow unaccompanied persons under 18 (Eighteen) years of age to enter the Water Park.

Stop (suspend) the operation of any attraction (all attractions) of the Water Park in case of:

- Sanitary treatment of the Water Park once every three months (according to the requirements of SanPin).

- Scheduled preventive repair of equipment (according to the schedule).

- Current repair (no more than two attractions at a time).

- Technical break related to equipment design features.

- An emergency situation that poses a threat to life, health, as well as damage to property.

- Epidemiological and quarantine measures.

- Force majeure circumstances.

16.2 Temporarily stop accepting payments, access of visitors to the Water Park in case of:

Upon reaching the maximum loading of the Water Park determined by the Contractor.

With special services for corporate consumers.

16.3 Set increased tariffs for the period of weekends, holidays, school holidays.

16.4 The Contractor shall:

Provide visitors with complete and reliable information on the procedure for rendering the Services by the Contractor, the terms of payment for the Services and safety rules established in the Water Park.

At the first request of the visitor, provide the Visitor with a book of reviews and suggestions.

Ensure safe presence of visitors in the Water Park.

17. Responsibility

17.1 The Visitor shall be responsible for familiarization with the Rules and for compliance with the Rules, including the consequences of non-compliance with the Rules.

17.2 Persons accompanying Minors (parents, guardians, other persons accompanying Minors by virtue of law or contract) shall be responsible for familiarization of Minors with the Rules and for compliance with the Rules by Minors.

17.3 The Contractor may refuse to visit the Water Park to any Visitor who was previously held liable for violation of the Rules and/or committing an offense on the territory of the Water Park.

17.4 The Contractor may refuse to use rides or visit the Water Park without returning the paid funds to the Visitor.

17.5 For loss or damage to the Bracelet, the Visitor shall pay a fine to the Contractor in the amount of RUB 500.00. (Five hundred rubles 00 kopecks).

17.6 For loss or damage to the wardrobe tag, the Visitor shall pay a fine to the Contractor in the amount of RUR 300.00. (Three hundred rubles 00 kopecks).

17.7 The fine for violation of any ban established by the Rules is 1,000,00 rubles. (One thousand rubles 00 kopecks).

17.8 The Contractor shall not be liable for vehicles left in the territory adjacent to the Water Park.

17.9 The Contractor shall not be liable for damage to the Visitor's property caused by actions/inaction of third parties.

17.10 The visitor is responsible for the safety and damage of property, equipment and interior items with which he or she interacts when receiving the services of the Water Park. The Visitor shall indemnify the Contractor and/or third parties for any damage caused as a result of the Visitor's actions/inaction, including damage caused as a result of non-fulfillment or improper performance by the Visitor of the Rules.

17.11 The Visitor who violates the Rules shall bear full responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including financial liability, for harm caused to the life and health of other persons, as well as for damage caused to property.

17.12 In order to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, it is prohibited to take food and drinks outside catering areas (bars, cafes), in swimming pools, on sun loungers, in the area of ​ ​ lockers and changing rooms.

17.13 For violation of the ban on smoking, the administration of the Water Park has the right to refuse to provide the service, and to interrupt the provision of the service without reimbursement of its cost.
